Hey! Those tube skirts that you are talking about are actually a little harder to find in Taipei and I think you need to search for them in order to find some. I’ve seen some (but very little variety) at Zara and I’ve also occasionally seen them at Shilin nightmarket. I don’t know any ‘brands’ that have them though; I just walk past random shops and I’ll see them randomly on the streets. I got most of mine overseas from places like Forever 21 or H&M but I’ve also gotten one from Asos! If you can’t find any in Taipei, you can consider getting some online (asos.com) because they have lots of variety and what’s even better is it’s free shipping. They often have sales too so you can catch a good discount on their clothes :)
