THE DEBUT OF MY NEW BLOG;
I started a little secondary blog two days ago and I think I’m finally ready to share it with everyone! I’ve wanted to create a food blog for a long time now because I’m a bit of a foodie at heart. Here’s a little sneak preview of my food photography blog:
If you would like to get to know me better, head on over to my personal blog where I’m playing a game with some readers! Sometimes Tumblr can be a bit impersonal so I’m trying to change that and interact more with you guys :)
Switched from line theme to grid! Hopefully that will make it easier to look through the photos on my page :) Do you guys like it?
HELLO LOVELY FOLLOWERS!
I’m looking for more personal blogs to follow! Inbox me links to your personal blogs or comment below and I’ll go check them out :)
Anonymous: aww, youre hair is so pretty :D and obviously you too. haha do you do anything special for your hair to keep it healthy? i play sports too often so its always messed up:/ any advice??
Thank you - that is the loveliest compliment :) My hair is actually super hard to work with because it looks different everyday. It goes from extremely curly straight out of the shower to limp and flat looking the next day so I have to deal with the unpredictability of it all the time! I try to use some hair oil to keep it shiny looking, check out Aveda for some great natural hair products. They have this serum called “Light Elements Smoothing Fluid” which I carry in my bag with me and just whip out whenever my hair starts looking dry and brittle.
I personally don’t do this, but you could also try some deep conditioners and hair masks! I’ve heard that they do wonders for your hair but I don’t like standing in the shower for ages waiting for that stuff to sink in :P
I think the most important thing is to keep trimming the split ends of your hair too because they can change the entire texture of your hair. I’m the worst follower of this advice so I end up with a ton of split ends that make my hair look like hay :( Hope this helps you! x
Anonymous: how long is your hair right now? you cut a lot after you graduated, right? :) youre really pretty. hehe
Hi! I did chop off a lot of my hair after graduation so now it’s at a medium length. I miss my long hair a lot but I had to get rid of it because of the split ends :( I’ll insert before and after photos below:
Thank you for the lovely compliment though! You’re much too kind
IT’S BEEN WAY TOO LONG!
This blog has been on hiatus for about six months now so it’s long overdue that I begin blogging again. I’ve been so focused on my transition from high school to university that I totally neglected this photo blog for the longest time. No more ignoring this blog - I’m back!
If you could go back and tell your younger self something, what would you say?
